Mihaela Wachsman, MA in Exercise Science, has a unique approach in incorporating Yoga, Qigong, Self Transformation and Meditation into a gentle, loving and compassionate, yet powerful practice, meant to awaken one’s capacity to directly experience one’s true nature.  Conscious movement, breathwork, (pranayama), meditation, relaxation of effort, along with practical knowledge can bring about stability, equilibrium and a state of heightened awareness. Moveover, it can bring about an ongoing “being aware of being aware”, which can delight one in unexpected ways!
