The astral life of the earth is young and strong between Christmas and Easter
Those who form their wishes now will have added strength
to fulfill them consistently.
H.P. Blavatsky

Writing New Year’s Resolutions is an old and well-known tradition. Catherine recalls being about 12 when she began the annual, reflective ritual which she has continued ever since. Usually one writes personal goals of one kind or another. Instead, a worthy challenge each year is to create resolutions for the soul – both personal and collective – resolutions to support both the individual soul as well as Anima Mundi,’ the soul of the world. Here we create individual resolutions to support our soul’s growth, and also heart-felt resolutions to help our world and planet today. As Ushio Amagatzu, Master of Bhutoh, Japanese dance, has said, “The soul is the important thing. Form will follow.
