In challenging times, we may turn within for inner strength to prepare for a new year, new adventures, opportunities for soul evolution.  Visualizations and short writing prompts help us create new goals to support both growth of the individual and world soul.  What is needed especially now for my soul to evolve?  What can I do for the soul of the planet we share?

Catherine Ann Jones, studied shamanism in India on a Fulbright scholarship. She teaches graduate school (The New School University in NYC, USC Film School in LA) and conducts workshops globally.
