During challenging times, we may turn within for inner strength to prepare for a new year, new adventures, opportunities for soul evolution. Visualizations and short writing prompts help us create new goals to support both growth of the individual and world soul. What is needed especially now for my soul to evolve? Catherine Ann Jones holds a graduate degree in Depth Psychology and Archetypal Mythology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She has also studied shamanism in India as a Fulbright scholar. She has taught for Pacifica, the New School University, University of Southern California, and the Esalen and Omega Institutes.
