The Healing Power of Forgiveness
February 10
Sue Prescott
Second Tuesday Series 7-8:30 pm PST
Onsite and Zoom
Research continues to reveal a powerful link between forgiveness and mental health. Holding onto past hurts can elevate stress hormones, disrupt sleep, and drain mental wellness. When we allow forgiveness to grow, we cultivate empathy–toward ourselves and others–and strengthen our ability to see beyond the moment of harm. Empathy does not justify wrongdoing, but it widens our perspective and softens the rigid narratives that keep us stuck. Join us as we explore strategies toward forgiveness and letting go.
